Recent Updates

Resilient Communities Scorecard, developed by the Vermont Natural Resources Council, April 2013, with High Meadows support.  The report is designed to help communities assess their resilience in the face of disruption caused by a changing climate.  It addresses land use, transportation, energy and healthy community design and is built on the original Smart Growth Scorecard which primarily addressed sprawl.

Manufactured Home Innovation Project - A report by the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, in collaboration with 19 partners, with HMF support, examined the possibilities for replacing existing energy inefficient mobile homes with super energy efficient models.  The project determined that such homes can be produced at a relatively low cost.
